The long-awaited hearing of the lawsuit challenging the Forest Service’s decision to permit a lift-assist downhill bike park at Timberline Lodge has finally been set.
Judge Ann Aiken will hear the case on November 9 (second set-over) at 2:00PM, Room 12A, U.S. Courthouse, Portland, Ore.
The courthouse is located at 3rd/SW Main in downtown Portland.
